Venezia

When I was studying abroad in Milano, a few friends and I took a day trip to the city comprised of small islands divided by canals and united by bridges, Venezia. It was such a short amount of time for a place that has so much historical significance, but due to classes, I was unable to stay longer. It was only a three hour train ride from Milano so I was able to get a good snippet of what the city of water had to offer. If you are planning a trip to Italy any time soon, this city is definitely a must see and lives up to all the hype.  

I left with the hope of one day returning with my significant other for a longer period of time. Thus, this won't be the last time I will be blogging about Venezia 😉
